To evaluate if treatment with continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) compared to usual care in stroke patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) over one month reduces delta and alpha oscillations on quantitative electroencephalography (EEG) in association with improvements in cognitive or functional outcomes. |
